Cancellation of service can be requested at any time. To cancel the Registered Agent Service, you must notify USA-RegisteredAgent.com of your intent to cancel by calling our Customer Service at (844) 846-5447. In order to complete the cancelation request the appropriate change of agent documentation must be filed with the Secretary of State assigning a new registered agent and any outstanding fees for service rendered during the entire service term must be paid in full. Once the appropriate change of documentation has been properly filed with the Secretary of State, at that point no further service fees will be incurred.
